Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the products (right of withdrawal).
The 14-day cooling-off period starts on the day you (or a third party designated by you and not the carrier) physically receive the last item of your order.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Used products
- Opened or used baits/lures (due to hygiene or perishability reasons)
- Opened packaging of hygiene or health-related products
- Products that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return once the seal has been broken (e.g. opened clothing or accessories worn directly on the skin)
- Products that have been customised or clearly personalised at your request after the order was placed
How to return an item
- Notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving the order by emailing: warehouse@dutchtackle.com Please include:
- Your order number
- Which products you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional, but appreciated)
- Send the products back within 14 days after you have notified us, using the correct return address below. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage during return, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refund process
- Once we have received and inspected the returned items (and confirmed they are unused, in original condition, with all labels and packaging intact), we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods (legal maximum in both EU and UK).
- We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you explicitly agree to a different method.
- The full purchase price of the returned products + the original shipping cost to you will be refunded. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed (unless the item was faulty or incorrectly delivered).
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered products
If a product does not conform to the contract (statutory 2-year guarantee under EU and UK consumer law), the following applies:
- Products must match the description, be fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
- In case of non-conformity (defect, damage on arrival, wrong item), you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or full refund, free of charge.
- Report any fault as soon as possible, and no later than 2 months after discovering it, by emailing support@pbproducts.eu with photos and a clear description.
- For visible damage upon delivery: report within 24 hours as described in our Shipping Policy.
- Return of faulty/incorrect items is at our expense; we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
Important notes
- Keep your proof of postage / tracking number until the refund has been fully processed.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and – where reasonably possible – in the original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse or reduce a refund if products have been used, damaged or returned incomplete (unless the reduction in value is solely due to necessary handling to examine the product).
This policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations / Consumer Rights Act.
