Shipping policy
We ship our orders to Germany, France, Hungary and the United Kingdom only.
Carriers
Orders are shipped with DPD, DHL, UPS, PostNL or similar reliable carriers. We select the most suitable carrier based on destination and availability.
Shipping Costs (including VAT)
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed in the checkout before you place your order.

All-inclusive pricing for UK orders
For orders to the United Kingdom we ship all-inclusive. This means:
- The price you see and pay at checkout already includes all applicable VAT and any potential customs/import duties or taxes.
- There will be no additional charges upon delivery. We handle all import formalities and costs on your behalf so you receive your order without any surprises.
Delivery Times (estimated)
Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment your order leaves our warehouse. They can be longer due to carrier delays, public holidays, peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking
All orders are trackable. You will automatically receive a track & trace link by email to the email address provided during checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received it within a few hours after shipment.
Important notes
Delivery & Risk
- In most cases, carriers attempt delivery twice. If no one is present, the parcel is usually taken to a local pickup point (PostNL/DPD/DHL service point, Post Office, etc.) for collection.
- If the parcel is not collected in time from the pickup point, it will be returned to us. In that case we will contact you.
- The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you at the moment of delivery to you or to the person/address designated by you.
Uncollected parcels at pickup points
If a parcel is not collected in time from the pickup point and is returned to our warehouse, we reserve the right to deduct the actual return shipping costs from the amount to be refunded. For returns from the United Kingdom, the return shipping costs are €16.50. We may also deduct reasonable handling and administration costs of €5. If, after these deductions, the remaining refund amount is €0 or less, no refund will be issued. The customer will not be required to pay any additional amount in such cases.
Damaged or incomplete shipments
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, or if any items are missing or damaged, you must report this within 24 hours after receipt. Send your complaint + clear photos of the packaging and the damaged/missing items to: support@pbproducts.eu
We will respond within 3 working days and handle your claim.
Important notes
- We only ship to the countries listed above. Remote or difficult-to-reach areas (such as certain islands or mountain regions) may be excluded or subject to additional carrier restrictions. The checkout will show if delivery to your address is possible.
- All products offered on our website are shipped to the UK unless prohibited by local UK legislation.
- Maximum weight per parcel: 30.5 kg. For larger orders we may split into multiple parcels (at no extra cost to you).
- All prices and shipping fees shown include the applicable VAT rate for your country.
We reserve the right to change carriers, shipping fees or delivery conditions. The conditions that apply are those in force at the time you place your order.
