- Offer and prices All prices include VAT and exclude shipping (unless free shipping threshold met). Total price including all costs visible before checkout.
- Formation of contract Contract concluded upon receipt of order confirmation email. Order can be reviewed/corrected before payment.
- Payment Secure payment methods. No unreasonable surcharges.
- Delivery Delivery to Hungary, Germany, France and United Kingdom. Estimated times: DE/FR 2–5 working days, UK 3–5 working days. Risk passes on delivery. For UK: all-inclusive pricing including UK VAT & duties – no extra charges on receipt.
- Right of withdrawal 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Exceptions: used products, opened baits/lures, hygiene products, personalised items. Notify withdrawal via support@pbproducts.eu or the Cancel / Withdrawal button in your account (available from June 2026). Return costs borne by you (unless faulty). Refund within 14 days.
- Warranty Statutory conformity guarantee (min. 2 years EU/UK). Report defects within 2 months of discovery.
- Liability Liable for direct damage caused by intent/gross negligence. Indirect damage excluded unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
- Complaints and disputes Complaints to be reported promptly. Applicable law: Dutch law, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country. Disputes via EU ODR: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
- Final provisions Changes apply from publication. Version at time of order applies.
