Thanks to the Centre Impact design, pressure is always applied from the centre of the lead. This allows anglers to fully benefit from both the weight and the intelligent shape of the lead. Gravity is deliberately directed downward, ensuring the lead always lands the right way up and never ends up on top of the rig after casting. This results in a consistently perfect presentation.
The Centre Impact Lead can also be quickly converted into a traditional sliding lead system, without compromising safety or effectiveness. Naturally, the system is fully fish-safe and works seamlessly with the renowned original Hit & Run Leadclip.

Absolute game changer it has really made a difference to my catch rate. The runs sound a lot more responsive screamers instead of slow little beeps. First time using the pb hit & run system while snag fishing the bite indication was so fast the fish barely had time to run for a the snaggy stuff before I was on the rod potentially saving me a lost fish or worst! First use and a decent capture great product !!!
These Hit and Runs are a game changer, only been using mine a couple of months, but they’ve already landed me some decent fish. Easy to use and set up and good results so far. Will definitely be getting more and would highly recommended.
Love these - double the indication, and really seems to trip up fish as they find it harder to use the weight of the lead when it becomes free-running, and reliably fish safe.
After almost an 8 year break from carp angling,dont ask me why as i now realise how much i've missed being down by the water, this was made even more obvious to me after popping down to see some friends who were fishing a local lake a few weekends ago, the decision was quickly made that I needed to get back behind the rods, and thats exactly what I did.
I had been seeing a lot of positive stuff social media regarding The PB products hit and run system and how effective the set up is, so with this in mind decided to give them a go and I must say im very impressed with the mechanics of how these work and also the quality of products.
Anyway on my first session back after what now feels like an eternity, I managed a very lovely looking 20.9 mirror using the hit and run system
Hopefully will be the first of many more using this very well thought out and quality product.

First time using the hit and run system I opted to use it with the impact lead swivel clip insert and the flexi speed run ring and it did what I wanted it to do get up in the water straight away unbelievable bite indication very impressed will be ordering more shortly.
Really happy with the hit and run system. I haven’t road tested for more that a couple of catches but happy to report amazing indication which helped me land this 30lb+ Mirror from Golden Oaks
Last two outings I have used the hit and run inline leaders and leads, both bites were small beeps, bream like, if it wasn’t for the extra indication afforded by this system I probably would have missed both. Really works and fast delivery. 10/10
