The Hit & Run System is truly unique and developed with fish safety as the absolute priority.
Unlike traditional setups, in the event of a line break not only the lead is released, but also the leader and any excess main line. With this system, after a line break the fish is left only with the hooklink in its mouth. As a result, the fish cannot become tethered to a leader, lead weight, or additional meters of main line that could cause serious injury. This design helps prevent torn mouths, damaged fins, injured gills and, in the worst case, mortality.
How It Works
Free hooklink
The core of the system is that the hooklink is not tied directly to the leader or main line. With a traditional setup, the hooklink often remains attached after a line break, causing the fish to swim away with harmful components still connected. With the Hit & Run System, the hooklink is immediately released, allowing the fish to free itself quickly.
Fast and simple adjustments
Changing lead weight or color is quick and knot free. All lead weights fit onto one insert, making it easy to adapt without having to rebuild the entire setup.

Absolute game changer it has really made a difference to my catch rate. The runs sound a lot more responsive screamers instead of slow little beeps. First time using the pb hit & run system while snag fishing the bite indication was so fast the fish barely had time to run for a the snaggy stuff before I was on the rod potentially saving me a lost fish or worst! First use and a decent capture great product !!!
Love these - double the indication, and really seems to trip up fish as they find it harder to use the weight of the lead when it becomes free-running, and reliably fish safe.
The hit and run center impact system is truly a gift been using on my local syndicat and had some screening runs I love the sensitivity.
